Write down your cashflows (A1: A5), use excel IRR function, you should be
able to calculate it. eg. =IRR(A1:A5,0.01)
Or, if you have financial calculator, you can use cf function.

if there are significant inflow/outflow of cash, IRR won't work for the
return performance calculation in the way below.
solution:
google time weighted return,
or use investment segment method in AIMR.
