big 4 would go to universities and interviewed a bunch of people then not
hire anyone at all. They just do it for the sake of good PR. Economy is a
factor, another thing is that firms and companied just want to ride out 2009
the way it is don;t wanna increase payroll exp at end of the year. Also,
Obama might create a new tax cut for hiring, so companies might be waiting
for that tax cut.
