I have heard this before from this website. I hope it is not true, but, who really knows.

那就把那些个贴联过来 http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/StartUp/31214943.html http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/WaterWorld/472817.html http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t1/StartUp/31214735_0_2.html some good lessons -I agree 100% - from that LZ: 发信人: tiger0503 (tiger), 信区: WaterWorld 标 题: Re: 来美十年-BSO 发信站: BBS 未名空间站 (Sun Aug 29 19:10:29 2010, 美东) A lot of research, trial and error, and luck as well. I did a lot of reading, research, and trail between late 04-06. I used to follow very closely with many discussion forums such as webmasterworld.com to get me on the edge of the Internet world. I studied top 50 money making sites on CJ(commission junction) and Linkshare. I created shopping comparison, deal, coupon, content, dating sites during that period of time. I am still getting money from these sites even though I haven't maintained them for years. In early 06, a friend of mine pitched me an idea I felt it worth trying and started to implement it. A few months later it went online and since then it started flying and became my only focus. I didn't expect it to be so successful at the very beginning that's where the luck is. Partners can be tricky. #1 rule is you really need to know the person you are going to be partner with. Get him to play some poker and see how he reacts to money. Make sure you find a partner that is NEGOTIABLE, not nitpicking one. #2: Find a partner who has complimentary skill sets to you. If you are an engineer, find a marketer, vise-versa. Don't partner with someone who has the same skill set with you. You'll end up with competing/blaming with each other. #3: Don't do 50-50%. There can be only one CEO in the company.
A good partner is priceless. Good luck. ) 这个就不说了. 以前有个版上的ID说提供复制这个网站的服务,不知道进行得如何了?
