我的成绩VA CPA考试中心评定已经通过了,但是怎么去预约考试时间和报名?是否他们应
该邮寄给我一些信息还是有什么其他方法.

主要是ucsd的教授们funding都很充足, 每年上缴的钱比自己从学校拿的工资多,
这样的情况要减薪10%自然很火大.所以才有23个系主任联署建议关闭其他分校.
其实加州当年钱多得花不完的时候新建分校是不负责任的. 应该把花不完的钱
存起来作为州立大学的储备资金, 应付以后灾年使用. 而新建了分校是每年
都要投钱进去的, 即使加州要破产了,也得往分校投钱.

。。。
不过加大的确是已经浪费太多的加州人民的民脂民膏了。。。所以关闭或者fire一些，
加州人民估计没有意见。不过ucsd 也没啥牛X的，如果真牛，就独立去变成私立大学
好了。。。自給自足。谁也不会去砍你的10%的薪水。

ucsd每年的funding只有18%来自ca state. 每年从nsf拿的钱比berkeley都多.
ca state每年给UC十个分校总共也就3B. 比给非法移民报销的医疗费少多了.
Medi-Cal每年要花掉加州30%的budget, 36B. 给非法移民花掉的医疗费用,
再加非法移民在美国生十来个孩子每年领取的生活补助, 够养好几倍 UC了.
Berkeley自己的funding也非常足, 很多教授在10%cut下要另谋高就呢.
其实UC的大部分分校如果转成私立,一点生存危机都没有, 只不过这些学校
是state的资产, state不会放他们变成私立的.

So, UCSD was not built and funded by the state at the beginning? Now they

你什么意思啊,是前面某个ID说UC吃了加州太多的钱, ucsd要是有种的话就自己
独立变私立好了. ucsd自己可是没有说过要私立.
我说的是ucsd是加州资产, 不是独立了没能力养活自己,而是公立资产不可以独立,
有错吗?

不过我觉得老美是做事比较绝的, 不愿意自己减薪,居然就动议去关别人的
campus, 让别人整个校园得丢饭碗.
有其他人动议UC允许被减薪的faculty用自己的funding来补足被减的部分,
补足博士后被减的部分, 这样的建议比较厚道, 没有对他人的伤害性.

看了这片报道全文, 发现这个信也没啥么, 111个系里面,只有23个系主任签了名,
说明这个提议在ucsd内部就不是很受欢迎.

in med school, there are many fundamental research that are not clinical
related, similar to biology, they receive nsf funding

本来美国西部大部分包括加州就是人家老墨的固有国土，欺负人没这么欺负的，血淋淋
的事实教育我们绝对不能当亡国奴啊，老墨也是太弱了，国破家亡，被老美把三分之二
的土地都抢走了，比中国惨到哪里去了，唉
