我家是石油城市的，父亲在一家油田物资外贸公司上班，这次回国父亲叫我在美国找一
些关于油田物资方面的信息，例如现在石油方面节能或者高科技的一些项目，我一头雾
水呀，什么都不懂，请问类似的这种信息该去哪里找？该如何找，麻烦好心人帮忙解答

两周前，谷歌宣布以7.5亿美元股票收购手机广告提供商AdMob，后者的业务重点是显示
广告和手机应用广告。此次收购或许意味着，以后手机用户看到的也将是谷歌提供的广
告了。
终于被google买了，现在手机广告google也没有对手了。

organization cost temp difference should be deferred tax liability, Is it
right?
Why one of becker MC Question stated it as Deffered tax asset?? Anybody can
help, thanks

organization cost is expensed in the year the company starts: revenue $100 -
organization cost $80 = $20 . for tax, part of the $80 should be allocated
to next 60 months, so the organization cost is less than $80. => the taxable
income is more than $20 which is the revenue before tax => the company pay
more tax in year and recorded it as deferred tax asset
