现在第三年快结束了，在写thesis proposal，感觉之前做的都是垃圾，proposal越写
越郁闷，最
近一周经常是坐在电脑前一天都没写出一段来。
老板说我的东西都有了，要换了他一天就写好了，但我就是提不起劲来……可能之前写
的第一版太烂了，
被老板改来改去的，现在都第二第三版了。现在实在很痛苦……

REIT is totally different from housing price. REIT is a company that owns,
and in most cases operates, income-producing real estate and distributes at
least 90 percent of its taxable income to shareholders annually in the form
of dividends.
To simply put, it's those companies who operate apartments and commercial
buildings (malls, offices, etc.). The sluggish housing market may have made
it a little bit more difficult to fill up an empty shopping mall, but it's
pushing a lot people to rent instead of own a house. That, of course, is
always a good thing for REITs.

我也还行。
硕士论文就发Journal。
博士论文最后也发了6篇Journal。
7篇中，3篇不错，别的4篇都是灌水文章。

我的PhD项目，有一阵死活一点能做出来的影子都没有，睡觉都头疼。第一次出来结果
的时候，给老板看，老板很高兴，说你怎么一点都不兴奋。我那时候只觉得解脱，都高
兴不起来了。

我记得那时候我好不容易survive了first doctoral paper的时候，我们系一个年轻有
为的准大牛告诉我说，最重要的就是 persist。他说他那时候经常读着读着就说，老子
不读子，去教high school算了。最后坚持下来了就好了。

Real estate price is very local. National wise I don't think
the housing price is bottoming out any time soon. Large home
builders usually follow the national housing price trend but
not any local area.

en, this is a good point. 目前还是REIT拿分红，可靠些。

我一直觉得先写个talk再写文章最好
把逻辑动机什么的理顺了
下面就是语言问题了
要是再拉上个native speaker最后负责语言就更好了
