EY is hiring a lot experience hire since the summer "quitting parade" is
starting, but with some basic treshhold;
At least 2-3 years experience (either public accounting or really special
private company experience);
Very good people and communication skills;
Willing to travel up to 50% for advisory job;
Willing to work long hours for audit jobs;

Recently got lot mail regarding the referral to EY. I actually talked to one
of our Recruiting Partner about the referral process.
To be honest, if you think you can only fit for entry level, please try to
go through EY Campus recruiting, referral happens to most expereienced hires
.
And as I mentioned before, a few things can definitely help
CPA;
Public firm expereience (the bigger firm the better);
Good people and communication skills;(be able to convice people your story
and convince your intervierwer).
i will try to respond to each of you. But if you are entry level,or does not
have strong expereience, please consider this route seriously.
