大约有30K USD的闲钱，3年之内估计不会需要，不知道该如何投资，放银行利率太低，
股票啥的感觉风险太大，基金国债感觉风险低一些，请好心人指点下？是完全菜鸟，所
以简单有效的最好，不需要太高收益率，风险相对来说小点。

谢谢曾经浏览过我上个帖子的热心人。虽然目前还没有回应，可我想只要帖子还在，总
会有机会被知道相应信息的人们看到。
我来更新一下我同学发给我的信息。有一张图片式药敏实验结果。目前只有万古霉素配
眼药敏感，滴眼后能够暂时控制病情却不能根治。另外一张照片是血液检查结果，C-反
应蛋白高， IgA, IgG, IgM低，病人曾经输过丙球蛋白，可是没有明显作用。医生说
他免疫系统有问题。
再次谢谢大家了，我看到病人年龄只有33岁，心里难受得很，希望有一线机会可以拯救
他的视力。谢谢。

国内同学的发小患结膜角膜炎三年，眼睛经常向外分泌溃疡似的分泌物。经医生检查后
发现眼睛分泌物中含有口腔链球菌，但是没有有效的杀菌手段导致病情反复发作。他在
北京同仁医院先后找了王、孙二位大夫都没看好，现在接近失明。紧急求助班内的前辈
，想知道北美这边有没有治疗结膜角膜炎的新方法或新药，或是医院、医生的信息，感
激不禁！

i don't think this was sufficient evidence that 口腔链球菌 was the pathogen.

昨天晚上朋友告诉我说病人可以负担来美国治病，只要能治好。他目前在接受中医治疗
，我觉得有点乱投医的感觉。我昨晚在网上查哪些医院眼科比较好，看到约翰霍普金斯
和迈阿密的Bascom Palmer Eye Institute。问个白痴点的问题，假设签证、费用不成
问题，国内的病人怎么来美治病呢？来美之后租个房子在医院周围然后预约？

semiannually according to cpi inflation rate.
but maybe it's not worthwhile. the zero-interest environment makes it
difficult not to invest on riskier assets. you're essentially lock in a loss
due to inflation that doesn't get included in cpi.

可是cd利率也太低了吧，才1%左右

there are a lot of questions in this case:
1. why did the "top doctors" think it was sufficient evidence that 口腔链球
菌 was the pathogen? 口腔链球菌 is everywhere.
2. how many times did they test immunoglobulins? if it's confirmed low, did
they do a blood cell count and B-cell and subtype count? did they know if it
's confirmed low, the patient should be referred to a hematologist?
3. if this patient indeed had hypogammaglobulinema, it would be very rare
that he didn't have repeated serious infections. this (presence or absence)
is not reflected in history.
4. the cause of the keratitis should be considered unknown yet. there is not
even sufficient evidence shown it's bacterial. consider all possible causes
, including infections by more than one pathogens, such as bacterial
infection on top of viral infection, in which case sensitive antibiotics can
only temporarily improve symptoms.

谢谢您的回复，我朋友跟他朋友转述了您的意见，病人就去了北医三院检查。确诊是免
疫缺陷综合症＋赖特综合症，现在等待接受治疗。他们托我向您致谢。太谢谢了。
