穹顶之下我看后至少在环保上多了紧迫感，想去为蓝天白云尽点微薄之力。不明白
怎么那么多喷子辱骂柴静，说背后什么势力，有什么私心等等。
喷子们想象力确实丰富，一个个好像什么都懂的样子，那倒是做出来点贡献啊？天
天潜在网上骂人算什么。
中国最大的雾霾就是这部分喷子，看不得别人好，时时刻刻在抱怨、怀疑、负能量
、劣根性！
上网上多了，就会越来越对当前教育失望，教出来的人没有信仰，没有风度。网上
一个女孩撞死9个人，马上一部分人开始说着女的背后有什么势力，马上仇富的一群喷
子开始说什么富二代之类。可不可以真正关心下事件本身，天桥上怎么有行人逗留，鸣
笛声怎么到处都有？你家没有司机吗，你保证在无人监管，人车混乱的环境下你永远不
会发生交通事故吗？开个奔驰就是官二代，富二代了？一群喷子...
在家上网，网上喷子横行，出门雾霾压着。唉生活不易啊。

我的理解是在pass 第一门前要满足下面四条中的任意一条 求指点
Earned a graduate degree with a concentration in accounting from a program
that is accredited in accounting by an accrediting agency recognized by the
Board.
Earned a graduate degree from a program that is accredited in business by an
accrediting agency recognized by the Board and completed at least 24
semester hours in accounting at the undergraduate level or 15 semester hours
at the graduate level or equivalent combination thereof, including courses
covering the subjects of financial accounting, auditing, taxation, and
management accounting.
Earned a baccalaureate degree from a program that is accredited in business
by an accrediting agency recognized by the Board and completed 24 semester
hours in accounting at the undergraduate or graduate level, including
courses covering the subjects of financial accounting, auditing, taxation,
and management accounting; and completed at least 24 semester hours of
business courses, or substantially equivalent (other than accounting)
courses, at the undergraduate or graduate level.
Earned a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited educational
institution or other institution recognized by the Board, including at least
24 semester hours of accounting at the undergraduate and/or graduate level
2 with at least one course each in financial accounting, auditing, taxation,
and management accounting and at least 24 hours in business courses or

undergraduate or graduate level.

反正他们accountancy board给我的回信是必须在第一门pass之前满足educational
requirements

不管是mater毕业前还是毕业后再考，都需要提交本科阶段的成绩单评估。IL州是自己
的州board评估而不是通过第三方机构评估。如果要转成绩去IL，要保证在考第一门之
前就满足了IL了考试条件。如果没有满足，那就不能转成绩了。这时候要么就补完学分
后重新申请重新考试，要么就用Reciprocity等申请到原来州的license再转(前提是两
个州是substantially equivalent）。这是我的理解。
