手上大概10万的cash，不想放银行。也考虑买房子，所以随时可能取出来。请问有什么
比较安全的投资，而且可以随时取出来啊？帐号在fidelity。有什么mutual fund或者

如果H1B transfer 在 H1B->F1申请递交以后做，考虑到目前prevailing wage需要2个
月时间才能拿到以及目前H1->F1批的比较快，如果transfer被批之前F1就批了的话，
transfer是不是就会被拒了？
另外如果拿到transfer收据后就drop F1 立即工作（F1身份不能工作），但稍后
transfer 被拒，那岂不是打黑工了，有非法打工记录的好像再申请回F1就有麻烦了吧
？
月时间才能拿到以及目前H1->F1批的比较快，如果transfer被批之前F1就批了的话，
transfer是不是就会被拒了？
另外如果拿到transfer收据后就drop F1 立即工作（F1身份不能工作），但稍后
transfer 被拒，那岂不是打黑工了，有非法打工记录的好像再申请回F1就有麻烦了吧

如果最终transfer被拒，又已经上班了一个月，这样F1也因为上班被学校撤了, 那基本就没啥身份上的回旋余地了吧

做transfer之前必须先撤掉转F1的申请，之前有类似的情况，结果H1 transfer被拒，

等装的时候报告一下。不知道这个cpu上面可不可以装一个1u散热器然后加装一个120mm
的风扇呢。还有不知道电源会不会吵？如果电源也很安静的话，这个箱子就很理想啊。

If you need access to your money at any time as you said, you need absolute
liquidity and no risk at all. That means cash in money market or saving
account. Even CD won't serve your purpose. To recommend high yield bond is
absurd, even if the fund is short term and will switch holding to cash 6

昨天收到了配件。今天把机器装好了，一切轻松顺利。E5200/G41 motherboard with
HDMI/2X2G RAM/640G HD .... 机箱做工不错，比较紧凑，但内部空间设计比较合理。
直接用了E5200 Stock风扇。CPU风扇，机箱风扇，电源风扇和在一起有点吵。仔细听了
一下，最吵的是电源风扇。看来没必要换CPU风扇了。
放在显示器边上比较吵。不过放在电视旁边作HTPC，离沙发2米，基本上就听不出来了。
整体还是比较满意。

支付宝的余额宝呀，人民币的，目前都是6～7%利率吧，随取随存，和活期差不多。唯
一的问题是，一天好像只能提现5万人民币

What I do not understand is BSJF turnover ratio is 61% according to
morningstar. I would imagine a held-to-maturity portfolio turnover ratio be
very low.
Another issue I have is if something bad hit in the middle of 2015, BSJF
still need to sell its portfolio MtM, rather than holding onto the defaulted
bonds waiting for recovery.

If you need access to your money at any time as you said, you need absolute
liquidity and no risk at all. That means cash in money market or saving

Agreed, money market is the best fit for LZ's described situation.
If you don't need the liquidity before end of 2015, but might need shortly
after 2015, BSJF GUGGENHEIM BULLETSHARES 2015 HIGH YIELD
CORPORATE BOND is a great choice.

支付宝的余额宝呀，人民币的，目前都是6～7%利率吧，随取随存，和活期差不多。唯
一的问题是，一天好像只能提现5万人民币

What I do not understand is BSJF turnover ratio is 61% according to
morningstar. I would imagine a held-to-maturity portfolio turnover ratio be
very low.
Another issue I have is if something bad hit in the middle of 2015, BSJF
still need to sell its portfolio MtM, rather than holding onto the defaulted
bonds waiting for recovery.
