别着急，慢慢来，最近很多公司year end比较忙，招人的程序慢一点儿。给你个连接

You already have pension so can afford to be a little more aggressive, I
recommend 50/50 of the following two:
Fidelity Spartan 500 index advantage
Vanguard Total International Stock Index Adm

我考虑到了time frame 20-30 年。
Pension 已经是很好的portfolio稳定器了，我也没有建议small caps.
The Total Int'l Stock Index is a well diversified portfolio on its own.

what's wrong with 50% international? US is only about a quarter of global
economy. And as other people said, US equity is becoming more expensive
compared with other developed and developing countries. Also, LZ has a
pension which is very likely heavy in US assets.
