ok we all know they like people with work/leadership experience, good GPA,
passing some/all parts of CPA exam etc.
To the Big 4 bros/sis(s) on this forum. What kind of ideal candidate are
they looking for?
I have friends who have near perfect GPA, 4+ yrs experience at small/mid
size firms, they didn't get 1st/2nd round interview at the recent campus
recruiting. from what i heard from them, the HR, Recruiters, Managers told
them tons of sweet things such as "you are a perfect candidate, strong
background, i have good chemistry with you", and the next day they got
rejected. what is happening? The recruiting season is madness!!!
