通过四门考试之后，只有具备相关经验才能拿证。其中一项是如果在private company
工作，要在cpa的supervise下，考生才具备办CPA证的资格。如果考生所在的小公司找
了cpa firm的cpa报税，考生算是在cpa的监管下工作的么？谢谢，包子答谢！

MSFT has offered extensive JS support in WIN8 and yet real world
developers ignore it as the chart shows:
Like I (and tons other senior developers) had said and now proven by
charts like above: JS is only useful for web apps, and even in the
web world JS is limited to front layer only but that's another topic.

就win8出来这么短的时间，top 25居然有3个是winjs写的，已经大大高于我意料了。
