这个估计要看行业。听说礼品之类的展销，签单的就很多

Next Wednesday is my last day. A second year staff on the team quit about
three weeks ago. My second year staff quit about two weeks after I put
notice. We all quit for different reasons though.I am the manager doing

除了音响分类的可能
最终的结果就是CES含金量不断下降
到最后不得不把展的日期改成work days，尽量避免非业内人士来看

busy season 不是二月份才开始. 如果老板还不错,以后又想要reference,个人觉得可
以提前一个月早点说,我是summer不太忙提前一个月辞职的,老板很感谢我提前这么久告
诉,都表态我找新工作的时候会给我很好的reference,后来我到新地方找工作,真的给了
我很好的refernce,所以很快找到了新工作.你要不在乎refernce,给个两周就可以了.
以提前一个月早点说,我是summer不太忙提前一个月辞职的,老板很感谢我提前这么久告
诉,都表态我找新工作的时候会给我很好的reference,后来我到新地方找工作,真的给了

我们这个行业的展会，进去都要BUYER CREDENTIAL的。当然，我们也经常跟着朋友进去
。不过相对来说，非专业的不多。但是国内的展会，为了搞得看上去人山人海，就顺便
进，于是就乱七八糟的。

太恐怖了。我看来不该抱怨work life balance了。每天8小时上班两小时commute我觉
得已经非常痛苦了。

如果你年底quit，最好就是现在说，给team一点准备时间。
但我觉得这已经是仁至义尽了，会不会还有人不爽，可能会。不过这样的人说实话你也
不需要care，you can't make everyone happy at least you want to make yourself
and your family happy...

我们tax principal前几天刚辞职，还是notice都不给那种，说走就走，firm的日子照
样过，接着招人。
