请问一下,
银行最近寄这个表给我, "Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for
United States Tax Withholding" - W-8BEN
不知道为什么收到这个表, 能请了解的人回答一下, 需要回覆银行吗??

跳楼问题水果最多负个识人不明的领导责任，不应该把屎盆子扣到水果头上
不过支持抵制富士康生产的产品，包括而不限于水果的i疯，i相框，谁给搞出个
完整list来？

会计master毕业后断断续续工作了一年，现在找新工作，两个offer。明天就要答复。
第一个是中型保险公司，半年的contractor，做finanical reporting。
第二个是传统制造大公司staff accountant。先做一个月的contractor，没什么问题的
话就转成永久职位。如果不能转正，就只做半年的contractor。
保险公司的特点是pay的多，$35/小时（制造公司前几个月的contractor只有$20/小时
，如果能转正，大概$25/小时），但是加班也多（每周估计工作50小时）。另外就是
hiring manager很刁，估计不好处（制造公司面试从上到下的人都见了，都很nice)。
两个offer非常的不一样。想去保险公司，但又不知道半年后再找工作的时候，增加的
这点经验管不管用。制造公司转正的机会很大，但是钱要少好多。明天就要答复，在此
向大家请教。多谢！

这个表根据每个人的情况要求不同。
提问题时说明自己的情况会让别人回答你的问题时更容易些。

既然能做contractor, assume你是有身份的。首先保险公司有很多special rule, 这个
你到其他公司都用不着。所以这半年的经验对你继续找工作没有什么帮助。
制造业的那个是做哪方面的staff accountant, cost or G/L, A/R, A/P?
我觉得第二个offer更合适一些，毕竟长期来看稳定性较大，可以多学些东西，即使以
后跳槽学的东西也能更多地应用到。另外比较junior的position, 最好1-2年内不要频
繁跳槽。
