我的opt3月1号才开始生效,我老板看我还没找到博后,心生怜悯决定继续给我发钱.我想
问问大家,从现在到3月1号我可以继续在原实验室拿钱吗,如果不行的话,有啥其他的操

大家有没有什么英文工作中的金句？
就是那种不要太多，但是在工作中一说，就立即能够收服人心的那种。
一是对老板：
１。对老板拍马屁。
２。老板不同意我的某个想法的时候用来对他做说服工作。
３。增加老板对我的信任，让他多教教我东西。
二是对同事：
（我老板暂时只有我一个手下，这里的同事主要是指老板叫我搭建的系统中，需要合作
的IT和数据分析师等）。
１。在开会等时候恭胃对方，给足面子。
２。在开会时剧理力争，维护老板和我的最大利益。
３。私下里收服人心，让他们给我多干活。把我们的项目放在第一位。

当对方花时间解释或总结一个并不是特难的concept时候可说：
"Thank you, I think we(I) knew bits and pieces of this, but it's much easier
to understand when you quantify all these thoughts together". 记得讲这的时
候要看起来有点佩服对方的样子。
或
"Hah, life is easy for the rest of us when we got 同事名字 on our team!"
当对方给Presentation，事后：
多人有present："Great presentation, honestly, it was the only one I didn't

OPT的时间，但真正1年都找不到工作的情况非常罕见。相比之下日子订晚了弊端更大。

在此聊聊本人为什么回复LZ这个帖子吧。我工作忙，贪睡，不喜欢只会拍马屁不会干事的人，
讨厌华而不实。为什么还回呢？
说穿了，本人有点看不惯在西方大公司里高层，几乎清一色是白人，一些黑人，少数日
本人。在我这一代的员工不太有可能看到大改变。个人能力牛的，可以爬上西方公司干
部。可是整体来说，只能把希望放在下一代了。注：我年龄没那么大，可是社会上～7-
10年就一代了。通过正统方法挑过别人，特别是高过你～2+层的人，不常发生。
所谓西方，也就是全世界非本土公司了。任何MNC，大都是白人在最上面。我们呢？给
人卖命而已。日本算特例，就算香港，每次在那参加高峰会类还是和MNC高科技公司高
层会议，也只是几个香港人，大部分白人。【当然，和香港本地公司就大部分是香港人
，就像去北京和上海和本土公司也是大部分中国人，可是眼光应该在世界上的舞台而不
是只赚同胞的钱啊！】
更别说美国了。我一年会参加～10个在世界各地的Conference，或在我公司总部见人或
拜访工作上的Strategic Allian

如果3个月还没找到工作可以立刻找个志愿工的活先干着，找你原来的老板肯定没问题
，反正他不用付钱，你也不用担心时间问题。

I think this is a very good replying.It is like a brain storm.Admire not
only think about that, able to jump out and see the big picture, and try
to make effort to change that. If more chinese can think in that way and
change something on our own, that will be a fundamental change.If u want
change,change from the root.why cannot we?what are the good necessary
merits we can learn from others?Maybe that is the question we can ask
ourselves,instead of feeling sorry for ourselves and arguing on the

印象是很强的一个东西。当人人都认为你好相处，你做的事别人会给加分。反之当人人
认为你不好相处。。。
开会不常发言本身不是坏事。只要当你发言的时候抓住重点，或你够牛，都可以。
Effective communication不代表必须讲个不停。
自己介绍是跟同事break the ice的一个形式。其实，你是新人，让你轻松的融入小组
是你的领导的责任。一般好的领导要不是从你的面试或从人事部或观察的出来你不擅长
这种场面，他/她应该给你一些guidance。
例如：“We have a new team member today, please join me in welcoming
