国内朋友三年前，脑部长瘤 ，类似癌吧 ，胶质瘤 ，然后压迫到右眼视神经 ，瘤切除

This is what I got:

Is this just a routine response or something problematic?
The custom rep I talked to this morning did mention that my case is with
a CIS officer, but she said she couldn't find out what's up with this
response to SR.
