Just schedule a phone interview for someone on the board. =)
Good resume and being a strong candidate certainly help. Just received the
resume with cover letter this morning (and yes, it was very WEIRD reading
the cover letter since it's so similar to mine.......sigh.....guess I
shouldn't posted the template extracted from my own letter.....) and already
have phone interview scheduled.
The procedure (I can't speak for other companies, but at least for us) here
is very informal. I got the resume,
