首先恭喜签证获得成功的父母的家庭，在父母准备来美国之前，希望和大家交流探讨的
是，大家应该做些什么，还有什么是对的什么是不太好的，甚至是错误的。
千万不要说什么接父母来是为了让他们享受天伦之乐，是偶们孝顺父母了，其实，父母
来了不要说和国内的家人朋友分开，语言不够用，习惯不适应，可能没有国内那么好的
医疗保险，电视节目不如国内丰富，没有那么多图书报纸，没有国内那么多娱乐项目，
饮食也不如国内那么可口。就单说交通，几个父母会开车，能上街？父母在国内哪里都
可以去，自己去外地，去旅游，去会亲朋好友，在这里绝对是行动受到限制，不能自由
自在地去自己想去的地方，单单这点，不是比坐牢稍强点也有限吗？
偶自己能想到的几点写出来，很多都是其他人提到过的，希望大家补充：
1 买机票不要贪便宜，让父母单独在第三国转机，有条件的话飞到进关的机场去接机，
一起飞到驻地。
2 不要让父母大包小包带东西，老人不是搬运工，偶们少吃一口，

I decided to take one today, now I feel so fucking excited!!!!!!!
I take it around 9 am now it is 11:00 am and I read that the density of the
pill reach the the highest value around 3 hrs which will be one hr later,
how could I due with it?
I just want to run for ten laps!!
I need to reduce the does of it tomorrow.

好吧，更新下
我吃了2天了，第二天，就没有那么兴奋了
这两天心情很好不知道是不是吃药吃的
而且这两天我还抽时间去跑步了虽然只有10分钟，不过这是我近半年来第一次主动
锻炼身体
以前拼的太狠了结果抑郁了
想想真是不值啊
决定转行就转的彻底了好好锻炼身体 30岁当20岁活

决定换校了本来是 experimental biophysics
换校去读 computational physics
+ CS master or stat master 还没想好而且也不知道能不能读下来

Drug addiction is different from maintenance treatment for depression. If
patients are diagnosed with major depressive disorder without manic episode,
it is called unipolar, they only need to take anti-depressant; However, if
patient has bipolar with current depressed episode, then they should be on
both anti-depressants and mood stabilizers at the same time.
Patients are not going to be addictive to anti-depressants, but they need to
be on the medication for at least 6 months to maintain treatment effects.
It usually takes about 2-4 weeks to take effect.
The good thing about Bupropion is that it does not cause weight gain, and
almost no side effects on sexual dysfunction which sees most of other anti-
depressants. It is also good for smoking cessation.

签证被check了一半不会退还护照, 也就是我发生的情况. 在极少数情况下可以跟签证
官争取把护照取回来, 然后凭着取回来的护照和过期的签证尝试过关. 然后等check完
成了再去一趟加拿大贴上签证. 这样做风险同样很大, 而且也很麻烦.

Bupropion is not a stimulant. It may cause some side effects such as
headache, agitation, insomnia, nausea etc. However, it is good if you are
feeling better now. Sometimes, it is called "placebo effect." You should
take it regularly.

原来的visa如果被盖了cancel的stamp，你拿到护照也没法闯关回来..
但可以回中国。。

我听过几次。去年复发了一次，不过是由于停lamictal引起的。
我还没想好转什么专业，CS我是读不下来的

我有两个过期签证没被cancel的. 不知道他们是怎么决定要不要cancel的. 但关键是一
旦感觉到要被check就要求签证官不要cancel. 有成功的例子, 可以去visa版看.

我昨天拿到药bupropion SR，150mg吃5天，然后改成一天两次共300mg
去年听一个朋友说他吃这个药挺管用，然后今年又看到你的这个贴，也想试试这药了。
我最近是anxiety引起depression有反复，对工作效率已经有影响但还能handle，情绪
和躯体反应厉害。昨天看医生的时候本来只是泛泛的觉得紧张，护士量血压的时候说心
跳100，我说难怪怎么今天感觉有点light head。到RiteAid拿完药还专门问了哪里管发药
咨询的人，说我今天心跳100能不能吃这个药，他说没问题相互没有影响。我就吃了。
大约1小时以后紧张感消失，人感觉有精神，但大约3小时候以后体力突然下降感觉非
常疲惫,期间心跳基本一致在100的样子。晚上也一直是这样，睡眠到不错，没有想我以
为的那样可能会晚上兴奋睡不着。
今天服药以前依然感觉疲惫有些心慌感，心跳84没有昨天那么快。也学你记录几天，看
这药到底有没用吧。

睡着，醒来以后感觉精神状态比昨天要好，基本没有紧张的感觉。希望明后两天状态能
够保持或者更improve一些。这两天下午都有轻微腹泻，不知道是不是副作用的一部分。

上周末由于家庭原因我没有休息好也没有怎么做事
结果这周特别的忙和压抑现在总算好了点一口气连忙了3天总算有点自己的时间了
周末 keep schedule 也是很重要的
上周我也有腹泻的征兆，这周好了
第一周睡的很好可能也是压力小点
这周压力很大而且事也多~~~

Two days ago, I had half day with headache, which was due to lack of sleep
too. The headache was not serious, but it was there. I tried to sleep more
hours for the past two nights, and the headache was gone.
Did you talk with your doctor before you stop the medicine? It's important
that you'd better not stop the medicine suddenly. The correct way is to
decrease the dozage first for about 5 days to two weeks gradually, then stop
. You need talk with the doctor before you doing that, at least call the
doctor's office, usually the doctor himself or the nurse will return your
call to provide some suggestions.
From the usage description of the medicine itself, it says if you miss the
time of one dosage, wait till the next regular time to take the medicine
instead trying to catch up one at an irregular time.So I guess mssing one or
two dosage might be OK, but you should never try to make your own judgement
to stop the medcine SUDDENLY, it's kind of irresponsible for your own well-
being.

This is my 2nd week of taking the medicine, still with the minimum dosage of
150mg for adult. I continue having benefit from it. Some side effect, such
as diarrhear in the first week was gone, just as the same you experienced.
I am glad to seek help from doctor in time, because my work load increased
like your case this week. You can not only rely on medicine to maintain your
health. Good nutrition and sleep can not be replaced by simply taking more
medicine and hope it can resolve all the troubles in ones' life.

上周按要求吃药,不过因为要做的事很多压力大熬夜什么的就正常了而且拖延症又
严重了(压力越大越拖延）
不过这个药还是有帮助的
心情很平和
有motivation，但是hard to focus （不过比以前强，以前就要抓狂了，现在就是
