consulting公司总的来说办精算EB2的很少，特别是作为entry level进去的，职位不会
要求有硕士以上学位，就算有公司给硕士加两年经验办EB2,你这两年经验也不能是在这
个公司获得的，除非你的职位功能变化很大，所以要想办硕士加两年的EB2就只好是
entry level两年之后跳槽。

I have some years of working experience, just want to jump and see if they
could be able to sponsor EB2.
Anyone working in Merce knows about the exact policy there?
