前几天打电话回家刚得知妈妈脚跟查出有骨刺，医生开了什么药水好像没什么用，不知
道美国这里有没有有效的治疗骨刺，增生的药
Flexamin，osteo，movefree一类的吃了有效果么？或者有什么其他的推荐的么？

老妈10号上海签证顺利通过，黑mm很nice. 问了去做什么，是和先生一起去吗？看了一
下旧护照，通过。
背景：老爸4次拒签，上月第5次通过。老妈来美4次，最后一次待了5个月，07年10月回
国。
感想：材料要真实，充分，实话实说。听老妈说，看到有对老夫妇，七八十岁的样子，
表格不正确，被来回折腾了四回，很是可怜。还有一位妈妈没填157表，急得团团转，
不知如何填。老妈只好借给她参考。所以让父母去签证，务必把表格帮他们填好，不要
让他们在本来就很紧张的情况下更加慌乱，影响签证情绪。
另外值得一提的是，请将在上海签证的各位注意：9月2日起，如在上海签证需要邮寄服
务的，他们更换了邮寄单，旧的不用了，到了领事馆可以领取新的单子。并且，现在新
的做法是单子上要填护照号码，无需到邮局去先缴费，等到护照寄到家后向你收取50块
。（比原来贵了5块）

BB现在已经乱七八糟了。这几个人就像神人一样，要啥就有啥，随手就拿来。毁尸灭迹

As I know, the treatment of bone spur include pain killer, physical therapy,
stretching, ice and surgery. Nothing special in America.

This is not true. US personal incomes have grown about 80% in real-term from
1970 to 2008. I don't know where the author got his/her data from. It is
hardly believable and against commcon sense that average american are
earning 40% less than 35 years ago counting inflation and the quality of
live has degraded 40% since then.
It is ok to dig into statistics, make adjustment, and find some evidence to
support one's point. It is not ok to mislead people with hugely biase

mortgage, 40% is not that unreasonable. 1-2% avg inflation rate will get
your 80% into the number of -40%, i guess.

顶，我妈妈也有这毛病，在做针灸理疗，貌似有点效果。我给买了movefree，也不知
道吃了管不管用。

My Mom has the same issue. She is in US now. I thought there would be some
good medicine for this. But I have not found any. Any suggestions?
