新手一问：LLC的收入是pass through到个人收入但没有personal liability。这
limited liability到底是怎么算？我是说LLC的钱和个人的钱，哪儿是分界线？

刚装了Xfinity的上网服务，本来客厅里有一个接口，安装的人说已经被Directv占了，
不能用。他在playroom里找到了一个接口装上了cable modem，我自己装上了router。
他走了以后电视就看不了了，显示775 error “your receiver is having trouble
communicating with your satellite dish”。Directv和comcast的信号能冲突吗？
有没有可能两个接口实际是一个？打电话给Directv，上门修要60刀。 Comcast这边给
了个case number，说是这个周末解决，然后就没有动静了。

有人可能觉得是第7版，太旧了，实际上我感觉新书和旧的也没什么大变化，新书太多
内容了也不利于复习。我用着第七版也一样考过了，没觉得太多差别，想要买的请与我

You received profit each year from company.
If someone sues the company, but not you personally, you do not have to be
responsible for it.

现在出售两套SOA考试书。
MFE/3F 和 Exam C两套一起20刀贱卖掉，ASM的manual.考试都过了用不着了。
used book,但质量保持的很好，预购速从。本人马上要回国了。现在住在NYC。

我不是很明白。如果我的LLC卖的产品违法了patents，patent holder是sue我呢还是
LLC？

That depends on the patent holder. They can consider you personally
liable. Or just sue your company. It depends on how big is your company
and how much they think the company worth suing. If the company is small
and you are rich, they can sue you and the company in one law suit.
Anyone can sue you; being a company does not automatically reduce that
chance. But your lawyer can examine it case by case and see if the
opposite party has a case or not.
