I have a question, what is it like to be a Chinese teacher in a universities?
I got an MA in Linguistics, and taught in a university in New York State as a
teaching assistant. Now I'm looking for a formal position, but a lot of the
places only have 1-2 year contract, does this mean job as an instructor or
lecturer(since I don't get a Ph.D) isn't stable at all?
