工作地点在湾区,有兴趣的话发简历给hzheng At guardanthealth.com
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll wear multiple hats and get involved in a variety of
projects. Your main focus will be to help grow Guardant Health’s patient
referral business, helping connect physicians and their patients with
clinical trials based on the genomic alterations found using Guardant360.
You will be part of the Medical Affairs team but work closely with BioPharma
Business Development to facilitate this service.
Other projects will include work with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Client
Services to support customer engagement, conference preparation,
publications, KOL conversations, as well as education and training. For
example, you will partner with Marketing to develop illustrative case
examples through conversations with physicians about successful Guardant360
cases. You will get to see many aspects of Guardant Health’s work across
all of our main customer groups and have a critical role driving outcomes,
engagement and business growth.
Intrinsic motivation, curiosity, persistence and collaboration will be
critical to thrive in this role. You will partner and problem solve with
customers in the drug development and medical fields, as well as colleagues
across the Medical, Bioinformatics and business teams. You are excited about
accelerating the advancement of patient care.
ABOUT YOU
You have prior experience as a Genetics Counselor or Genomics Specialist,
ideally with the introduction of a novel clinical product, and strong
understanding of the drug development process and clinical trials.
You are independent and self-starting. You are results oriented, pro-
actively following up on leads and open conversations, moving them to
resolution and a close. You can juggle multiple tasks, work cross-
functionally and at different levels of the organization, whether internally
or externally. You are flexible and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment and can prioritize to focus on the important, not just the
urgent.
You bring excellent interpersonal skills to the role: communication, empathy
and relationship building. In addition, you have strong written
capabilities, analytic skills and good attention to detail. Having fun at
work is also important to us, and we like our colleagues to have passion,
humor and to enjoy life.
In addition, you bring:
Master’s degree or higher preferred.
Clinical expertise or related experience in relevant specialties is highly
desirable
Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare experience in the pharmaceutical or
biotech industry.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Guardant Health develops breakthrough diagnostic technologies to improve
cancer management. With Guardant360, we offer real-time, biopsy-free tumor
sequencing that tracks tumor genomics in real-time and identifies associated
treatment options. The recent introduction of groundbreaking analytical
tools, including our Tumor Response Map and a mobile-enabled physician
portal, further advance Guardant Health's momentum.
Guardant Health has raised almost $200M from OrbiMed, Sequoia Capital,
Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Formation8, and is led by
a seasoned management team of thought leaders and successful serial
entrepreneurs in next generation sequencing and rare cell diagnostics. They
are advised by an oncologist-led medical steering committee from leading
cancer centers.
