I was trying to apply for a faculty position posted on the website of
Science. The ad states, and I quote, "review of application will start on
april 16, 2010". The ad was posted in February.I found about it a couple of
days ago. I scrambled to get my application ready and manage to send it out
today. But the ad on Science website now says that the position is no longer
available as of today (4/14).
Did I misunderstand the ad? Is this normal?
