我朋友开一个mortgage公司，我帮他拉了几个客户（基本上没做什么，告诉其他朋友可
以去他那里做loan），朋友准备给
我一点钱作为commission，他开了company的check。我现在是h1b，i140 approve了，
在等着file 485。现在我不知
道我能不能拿这种commission？会影响我的身份或者绿卡申请么？或者如果可以的话，
报税的时候应该怎么报呢？

No unless he gives you cash and does not report to IRS.

他不report irs，但是支票是公司的支票。另外，如果我真的拿了支票并且存进我的银
行账号，irs和移民局会来调查么？还
是只是有可能被audit？
我也认识朋友是h1b，他part time做realtor拿的是commission，貌似也没有什么问题
，请问这样的case可以比较么？

If he doesn't report to IRS most likely you can get away with it since IRS
does not know that you receive such a check.
But the real risk is if his company gets audited and IRS may trace this
check to you. I would say chances are really small that this will happen but
want to make it clear to you.
Your friend is in a much risky situation because realtor commissions are
linked to his ssn. If he gets audited then it will jerpordize his legal
status.
