急急忙忙的让 律师去更新 。 八月三日移民局显示已经受到了材料 。而且我在八月中
旬受到了打指印的 信 。 可老公却一直也没有到 。上一次打指印是三年前 ，所以他
应该是一定要的， 现在都不知道是怎么回事 。很担心他的公司会因此而改变注意，同
时我们当时并没有想到会这样麻烦 ，也没有面试的时候提起这个 。
我只是为老公担心，因为这个机会对他而言实在难的 ，不希望因为这个而错过。

哪个中心？打指纹这个东西挺随机的，有时候要，有时候不要，所以这点倒不用太担心。
最大的问题在于现在的EAD批得都很慢，NSC尤其是，三个月都下不来的例子比比皆是，
而且还非得要你等到75天后才能file expedite request，所以估计你的case很麻烦，
建议你还是附上你老公的offer letter试试expedite.

Have you gotten offer letter? E-mail and Fax directly to Service Center.Tell
them you are urgent situation. Need EAD immediately. Otherwise, you would
lose this job offer. Tell them you aleady lose a job for a long time. Don't
need wait 75 days. I got EAD approved in 3 days after I put Expedite
Request. If you are in NSC, that's not possible to get EAD approved very
soon in normal situation. Try expedite , maybe help.

My receipt date for EAD renewal is 6/26, and still waiting for it right now.

No, from the day I put expedite request. Your EAD receipt will show you what
center your application is . My EAD application is in NSC and my EAD will
expire very soon. So, I just e-mailed and faxed my Expedite Requst to NSC,
my online status changed from Initial Review into Card Production on the 3RD
day. My case has been pending about 60 days. But I know some cases in NSC
were approved within 60 days.I just say, no hurt to try even if your cases
has been pendin less than 60 days if you are rea

指纹未必需要重打，给你讲讲我最近的例子，供你参考
7/26 efile，TSC，7/27把材料寄出去，7/29他们收到材料
8/16收到短信说是批了，8/20收到新的EAD
有意思的是收到的EAD上有指纹，不知道多少年以前打的了，照片也不是我这次寄的，
好像也是多年前打指纹的时候拍的
如果你们在NSC，据说很慢，给议员写写信，说说这个情况，有可能有帮助

8/16收到短信说是批了，8/20收到新的EAD

Glad that so many people shared their cases that were approved in such short

my husband's EAD is to expire in two weeks and we didn't realize it until
last night...(got really hurt this time for being last minute person..)

not qualified to expedite. NSC only performs expedition for cases over 75
days. We applied the renew on Aug 3rd, so it is less than 30 days. I also
emailed the house of representative but no response yet.
His projected hiring date is next Tuesday. He informed the company about
this situation and asked if they can sponsor the H1 ( we will pay all the
fees) as he still has 2 years left for H1B. But the company has not get
