请问国航986,旧金山到重庆，但是北京要停2个多小时，行李要在北京拿出来么？或者
可以在北京把行李提出来转坐别的航班回家么？如果不行的话，在重庆要等第二天才有
飞机回家，当晚可以把行李托运掉么？都是国航。谢谢拉。

现在天天在网上刷状态，一直就停在initial review上。
结果今天老板找谈话说funding有问题，可能最多pay我到六月底。
如果在系内换实验室，据说是不用重新办transfer是吗？
如果是在换了系呢？还需要办transfer吗？

Sorry that I cannot type in Chinese.
I want my mother to visit me but do not want her to travel by herself. I
plan to invite my brother and have him accompanying my mother during the
trip from Beijing to LA.
Does anyone here sponsor a sibling for a B2 visa?
Is it a bad idea to have my mother and my brother apply for the visa
together?

Talk to your Institute ISSO.
If you pay $1225 pp fee, USCIS will approve in 2 weeks, if you do not pay,
it takes 5-6 months. So it is up to you.

大概有一半的学校不会确定你的申请是否收到，但大多数学校最终都会告诉你，你杯具
了，不过通常要等到很晚，他们都已经settle down之后。
