家里买了点diced tripe，不知是啥，方方的，百百的，有点透明。好像是牛百页，又
好象不是。不知这diced tripe该怎样做。如果真是牛百页的话，又该怎样做，煮的时
候时间该长该断，网上搜了搜，有人说要煮3小时，有人说煮的时间不宜过长，过长反
而老韧而不能嚼.所以就上来问问大家。

? I guess Apple is already supporting GC in obj c 2.0. Of coz you have a
choice whether or not to enable in Xcode.
Guess LZ was talking about the guy implementing GC in obj c.
