4% raise and 8.4% bonus.
insurance/finance industry, around 10 years experiences.
Raise is not as good as I have expected because I already knew that I am
going to be promoted. It seems that the promotion is only worth 1% raise
because our regular annual raise is around 3%. Can't complain too much about
bonus because my company did not perform very well in 2010 and company's
target was not reached.
