我们的school tax cycle 是７／１－６／３０，请问报税itemize deduction是按交钱
的时间算还是交的哪年的税算？具体一点：
2013年9月底close, 2014年2月交了 N千的school district tax for 10/1/2013-6/30/
2014, 请问在itemized deduction 上是不是我自己算一下2013年10-12月3个月占的比
例，因为一共是９个月的今年就deduct 1/3 amount, 明年在deduct 2/3 amount
还是说看是哪年交的钱，我这个是２０１４年交的，虽然有一部分是补２０１３年最后
一个季度的税，所有都是在201５年报２０１４时deduct?
