现在好些AP都要先做postdoc了，fresh phd去好系也不容易了，我们系最近招的年轻AP
都是先做了postdoc或者在稍微差一点的学校先待了2,3年的。
当然，你说的进工业界那就是另一回事了。如果是research lab可能还行，没paper，
出了学术圈再回来就很难了。
BTW,不是EE的，专业俺不了解。

i am in similar area. based on what i've seen, candidates with industry
experience do not have much advantages over fresh ph.d. however, if you are
1) from big semiconductor companies; 2) have been publishing after
graduation; 3) are able to justify that you will get all kinds of support/
funding from industry, you can be considered much stronger.
p.s. in this area very few people become postdocs

我发现这里好多人就是遇到了一个问题，想也不想就上来提，非得有人很详细地告诉怎
么操作才知道。其实自己稍微摆弄一下就知道了。比如4.2后有了多任务，就是双击
Home键，难道就不看看多任务栏里多了什么控制功能吗？那里还有iPod的控制和声音控
制。下回找不到又该上来问了，哎。
