一个Reviewer的Review就一句话，X approach is wrong. 但是我们根本就没有做X
approach。这个reviewer居然还给了个strong reject，导致我的submission被拒（其
他几个review都是weak accept)。请问，这种情况下可以找track chair或者
conference chair appeal吗？谢谢。

借ld的id用一下。
正在帮父母填160，关于之前美国签证的情况有些疑惑。我爸爸上次美国签证是在他的
因公护照上，因为上
次是通过学校的官方活动申请的。这次是私人探亲用的是因私护照，不知道填写上次美
国签证要把因公那
次填上去么？如果填了，但是个人护照上又没有这个签证信息，会不会有麻烦？因为因
公护照是交回学校
的，不在自己那里，不能一起跟申请材料递进去。谢谢了。

比较困难，因为决定是track chair做的。

不是每个地区的邮局里面的welcome package/address change里面都有这个coupon的。

子弹有几个地方的确剪辑地很突兀。

track chair大概也就看看几个reviewer的意见是不是大概一致。我高度怀疑他／她是
否看过所有track里的paper, 更别提evaluate the quality of reviews.

我和你的情况类似。我觉得还是应该把因公的签证信息给填上。签证官应该能从电脑里
看到所有出入境信息
的。

我的情况比你的还复杂。我爸爸是1989年因公赴美，现在连护照都没有了，也不知道
具体的时间。填写160的时候，如果实事求是的填写也不知道日期和visa number。如
果说没来过美国，又是说谎。实在困惑。有达人知道怎么填写吗?

如果没有rebuttal period的话，估计写信给PC chair没有太大用吧。
不过倒是听说可以问是哪个reviewer审的，以后再投稿直接exclude。

事实证明，楼上几位大佬说的是对的。我给co-chairs写信，某位chair很政客口气的回
了一封信，说可以把我的意见反馈回那个reviewer。啥作用都没有。

It really depends on what "usefulness" you were expecting. If you expected
to get your paper reviewed again, then yes it is almost not possible.
However, by complaining loudly, at least there will be the following
consequence:
1) Some people other than the reviewer and you yourself know that the
certain reviewer has been either careless or unfair to your work. Such
reputation would gradually build up and next time when editor think of
possible reviewers for your paper, this guy might be excluded even without
your explicit mentioning.
2) When the opinion is forwarded to the reviewer, he would know that you are
someone who would complain loudly, and he must think of it twice next time
he review your paper.
It is true that there is nothing fair. However, if you would not even
complain or cry out loudly when treated unfairly, you deserve to be treated
that way.

If you have a lot of time, you can still waste you time on this effort.
Sooner or later, you will not do it anymore.
To me, it is common that it is unfair.
