申请的时候附了一张$250的支票
现在收到卡，网上注册后，发现这$250在total里边，
但是available to withdraw是0，
是不是就代表这250不能取出来啊，怎么才能让这比钱变成available to withdraw啊

See iPad2 can only "keep" the same battery life, I don't think that's gonna
