既然当年六四绿卡到现在还影响EB3,浪费的名额回收也有道理啊。

This is true, from my understanding.
If it wasn't because iPhone, I know most major phone makers would do
WINDOWS ... Symbian, .... instead Android.
This explains why Apple and Google broke up after Android was revealed.
Basically Google stole the idea from Apple, saw the opportunities from
Apple, and gained market from Apple's success.

给他们提问也只有上课在听的这部分人在回答。其他人继续玩电脑。。。
看来只能在上课快结束的时候来随机quiz了。
不知道还有什么高招?

This logic is not always true. Also depends on how you define "Niubi". At
the beginning, Android was full of bugs. If it is not because of Apple and
the competition, I don't think many ppl will believe Android is a NIUBI
product.
At that time, Symbian was not worse than it. Windows was not worse than it
too.
It is fair to say, the initial adoption of Android was due to Apple's
success.

reason, I am banning them from the classroom. Please print out the class
notes for the day and be ready to take notes and discuss the material face-
to-face, voice-to-voice, thoughts-to-thoughts.

Why do you care? They are adults. If they choose to do other things during
lectures, so be it. Of course, if they do that and still can get
satisfactory grades, then you should improve your lecturing...

你以为那, 一个女生整天上课玩手机 我搞了个评估 她竟然说什么都没学到。 所以,
最终他们考不好 就开始埋怨老师。整天上课玩。 我就狠狠的教训了那个女生一顿。呵
