想问一下住在德州的朋友知道不知道咱们这里有这样的福利吗？
退休金证明是一个什么东东？是让父母单位给出个证明说明每月发多少退休金吗？中文

不过网上银行登录进去，还是能看到这个账户，不知道到底是不是已经关了，真奇怪

当时跟CSR确认过，只要6个月以上就可以关。
(2)跟前面网友说的一样，现在还是可以用以前的网上账号登陆，看到本已关掉的账号。
(3)发信问了一下，想确认是否eligible to receive as a previous user，如果有回信
我会再更新.
(4)因为确认这里不是hard pull，no harm to try (search "hard pull" here:http://www.depositaccounts.com/blog/2010/07/ipod-touch-checking-account-promotion-at-bank-of-the-west-certain-states-only.html)，所以干脆就尝试一次，结果回答了几个信用问题之后就approved了．申请过程中问过我"If you have any existing account with bank of the west

the bank may cut you a check, or ask you to bring the balance to $0 before
they close your account (you can transfer your money out via ACH or write
yourself a check)
