父亲下周签证，填表发现一个问题
问题：
你是否来过美国，签证号码？
背景：父亲以前来过美国，因公商务签证，现在因公护照已经被收回，销毁，因为已经
退休。
现在要填表，旧护照信息都没有了。。。那这个问题该怎么填？
有人碰到过类似情况吗？该怎么填？

就是说明1-yr limited warranty的一张纸，应该在MBP买来以后箱子里有的，我找不到
了，现在repair完了要向visa claim extended warranty，他们需要Apple written US
warranty。
如果有这张纸的朋友，麻烦扫描一份给我z******[email protected]。谢谢

我觉得起码得照实填写。
“你是否来过美国” 一定要填 Yes
签证号码不行就填 Not Available

following: http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/ and the Hardware Warranty (PDF) link. But it does not say USA warranty specifically. will this work? Thanks.

各位注意到没有，网站上写了：“Creating a duplicate or similar petition will
make it harder for you to get an official response. Instead, sign and help
promote the one that has already been created.”
诉求太多，反而效果不好，突出一两项才显得"professional".个人认为有关签证费用
的诉求实在很没意思。
