我的装机列表
特别提下 Terminal.app and Preview.app , I would pick OS X over Windows for
just these 2 pieces of software.
0. Prey, I have this installed on all my MBPs.
1. Homebrew, package manager, just like ubuntu/debian's aptitude
2. MacVim, Awesome editor for developers, doesn't look very nice with
default config, but can be configured to look very nice. (Textmate is also
decent)
3. Wunderlist, beautiful todo list app, cloud synced, with native client
for OS X, iPhone.
4. Evernote, Note taking software, I use it mostly with Chrome plugin to
save and organize web page for offline read.
5. Chrome, New developer features usually show up in Chrome months ahead of
Safari.
6. Twitter official client.
7. Dropbox.
8. Caffine. (prevent screensaver from kicking in, ver useful at work)
9. Alfred. (kind of like spotlight, but faster and prettier)
10. Better snap tool (give me Windows 7 like Window snaping)
11. Clean (automatically keep your desktop organzied)
12. The Unarchiver, zip/7zip/rar/... tool
13. VLC, decent video player with almost every codec.
14. uTorrent (Bit torrent client)
15. iChm (chm reader)
16. Skype

mplayerx is better than vlc.

其 policy 有什么缺点？
我总觉得编译很慢很慢，也没什么好处，prefer 编译好的二进制文件

quicksilver still works well on 10.7.2.
