我觉得从市场角度来看，牛排是一个game changer
以前的iPad，iPad 2，和$400-$500的laptop相比
优势是携带方便，即开即用，看起来酷，不热，除此就没有什么优势的
这样对长时间的使用来说，比如说用一两个小时，Laptop功能完胜iPad
Laptop输入方便，软件多，存贮大，都是优势
牛排就不同了，其图形功能的提高，超过了一个阈值
对阅读性强的工作任务和休闲来说，牛排可以比laptop更有效
对长时间使用来说，Pad第一次有了功能上的单项优势
而低价笔记本想上retina display，几乎是不可能的
同样花$500，会有更多的人仔细考虑，是不是从laptop转向iPad

Interferon-γ (interferon-gamma) release assays (IGRAs) are exciting new
developments in TB infection testing. IGRAs are based on the ability of the
Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens for early secretory antigen target 6 (
ESAT-6) and culture filtrate protein 10 (CFP-10) to stimulate host
production of interferon-gamma. Because these antigens are not present in
non-tuberculous mycobacteria or in any BCG vaccine variant, these tests can
distinguish latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI).
