As noted by 9to5Mac, Apple's retail stores have begun installing new window
displays showing off the new Retina MacBook Pro mounted on a pedestal with a
massive model of the machine as a background.
As we reported earlier today, Apple retail stores have been receiving
display models of the new Retina MacBook Pro, but shipments of stock are
just starting to trickle in. Those looking for a stock model may be
interested in stalking their local stores to try to obtain one, as new
online orders are currently seeing shipping estimates of 3-4 weeks.

哦，多谢。那看来我们即使俩贷款，也免不了交保险了，那就不bother了，呵呵

1st mortgage不超过80%不用mortgage insurance啊。

不用想了。现在没有哪个investor有这么大的胆子敢放purchase的HELOC或者second
mortgage，如果CLTV高于80%。
一般来说，first mortgage的 loan to value不高于80%就可以避免PMI。但是，现在大
多数investor对买房子中带second lien的要求也是80%。也就意味着，如果你贷70%的
first mortgage，你就只能贷10%的second mortgage了。
