蛮有趣的。
三星律师问，看SMS图标，尽管都是有speech bubble，类似的颜色，但是是否并不是
substantially similar。Kare承认不是。
Confusion这个确实很难在法庭上证明。不过我猜想，即使苹果不能证明用户confused
，如果侵权了还是侵权了。而且本来三星的手机就不是100% copy，所以之前三星问之
前的expert，说我们的圆角的半径和iPhone的略有不同，或者这里哪里稍有不同，以及
这个单个图标并非完全一致，我个人感觉并不能真正支持三星没有抄袭啊。这个本来就
是抄袭的overall look and feel，又不是影印。不是影印就不是抄么？感觉三星律师
辩护不是很有力。
包装类似上也是，你印刷的照片略有不同，写着samsung而不是苹果，难道就足够说明
你没有抄袭包装设计？我觉得不能。100%全部抄袭了叫做赝品，比山寨还恶劣，不单是
侵犯知识产权那么简单了。三星辩护只能说明三星不是100%制造iPhone赝品。

Your example only showed some so called "winners" didn't marry asian women,
but didn't lead to your conclusion! For white guys, exotic wives include
asian, hispanic, anglasacson, latin or whoever didn't immigrate to US.
I just can't imagine why there are ppl as stupid as you.

Do you know what dumb shit ur talking about? Anglo-Saxons are exotic to
white ppl? Dont u know Anglo-Saxons make up a good ol percentage of the
"white" population in America?

See, I said you were stupid, not just because you are foolish, but you made
the same mistake all the time.
A-S is a portion of white ppl but definitely not all. When we talk about A-S
, we generally refer to Swedish and British.
And also, you never focus on the point you were talking about and others
talking about. I was saying your fact didn't support your conclusion which
screwed you up, and you were picking a word in others' comment and
digressing the whole topic. I can definitely tell you are poor at
communicating with ppl in real life.
Come on! don't reply to my comment any more. that would only expose your
