Price is not really an issue. Apple does not want to target budget minded
consumer in the first place. Remember how the original ipod won the mp3
player market? Apple wont compromise user experience by using cheaper
hardware/software, that is what differentiating them from anyone else. In
another word, you donot want to be a *cheap* brand.
