I know the start up package can cost a lot. If I include some shared
resources for people in the department, it is a good gesture to the future
collaborators. Should i talk to the search chair for suggestions?

能越狱之后装unrestrictor
4S在3G上face time都很好

好像用的我们的service router，这个是dpi，除非改data patter，否则只要探测到就
能qos

well, for one position, the department chair told me to talk with the search
chair. because the money is from the school not department. better to buy
something for the whole department with the money.
I am not sure about this case.

I did it once because I was too naïve. But at the end, it helps me to
realize a lot about that place. I asked the SCC about the start-up and the
person bull shit a lot about the money a new AP usually get, which was
really low. I know that is not true so that makes me feel very bad about
that place and turned down the offer in the end.
