我想问问有没有人遇到相同的情况，我今天去苹果店swap了手机，回来之后就发现
facetime和imassage总是显示等待被激活，我是不是还要和verizon我的运营商通报一
下呀？

reset过了，还是不行，我甚至erase所有的data，还是不work。

Facetime and iMessage both need to send an initial SMS to the APPLE
activation server. You must make sure your wireless plan or your prepaid
account with VERIZON allows the SMS to be sent.
Note the SMS must go through phone (voice) network, not data network (wifi
or 3g/4g).

我的偶尔就不能用了
到settings里一看
imessage被禁
打开就能用了

Hope the problem is that easy. Anyway, every time you turn off and turn on
the iMessage, an SMS is sent to the APPLE activation server. So if your SMS
is not free, stop playing with the ON/OFF settings.
The problem above is after LZ switched his phone, the APPLE activation
server may refuse to activate iMessage/Facetime. This could be due to his
phone number still bound with the old ESN number of the previous phone.
