想请教一个问题.
我刚bid了一个Short Sale房子, 20 Years old. 卖方接受了我的Offer.正在做
Attorney Review, 准备送到Bank.
My question is, do we need to do home inspection before Bank Approval? Since
current owner has a huge debt from Bank, and our bid price only cover 60%
of seller's debt. I wonder whether Bank will reject my offer.
If Bank reject my offer. All the inspections(Home and Septic) will be
useless and cost about 1K.Can we do home inspection after Bank Review?

呵呵，那样就不是苹果了。除了要赚你的钱，其他的，向工人死活这种小事，苹果根本
不关心。

一般都是BANK同意后再做INSPECTION吧。不过如果之前做，结果不好的话可以尽早走开。
请问你是如何知道SELLER欠银行多少钱的？

好像已经长了好多次工资了。这些待遇应该是提高了。
不过产品新出可能压力瞬间增大太多

The seller agent told me that the seller refinanced the house at the peak of
the house bubble. I also got the document from the seller's agent and it
was included in the contract.

能赶上通胀吗？加班多给钱啊。制造环节的利润分配才2%，说不过去。

I don't know what is the payment for similar job outside Foxconn , what i
read is the pay there is on high range, but I can't verify.

如果你的contract上有inspection contingency就可以在bank approve之后做。

Short Sale 一般要等一两个月才有消息，在这期间你可能会被别人Overbid，
所以最好等银行批准之后再做Home Inspection。
