working in a fairly big company and submit the H1B transfer in April, 26th,
RFE on July 1st. Not received in mail yet. lawyer said this is common while
they may only want the current paystub to verify I currently working and get
paid here. She also said Denial is HIGHLY unlikely, actually she never have
a denial before. even so it is denied, we can file a appeal which takes 18
months for USCIS to process, and I can work during the appeal process.
just want to make sure in case application is den

是不是必须要有网络才能用啊，比如用来找路神马的...
如果没有网络，有没有应用可以下载放手机里头找路用呢？

我是上周接到通知要补充材料的，要提交CPT期间的paystubs，我已经送到律师那里了
，希望他们下周能帮我交上，也不知道交上去多久能有消息。最近有传闻说政策收紧，
H1越来越多被要求补充材料、被据掉，是不是真的啊？好担心啊！

Short answer, 是的。
最好有一个离线GPS, 象garmin, tomtom这样的。

Really?
To me then it is a good deal. In two years, I would have enough experience
to go back to China.

The appeal may take up to 18 months.
It doesn't necessarily mean it will take 18 months.
If USCIS reject your appeal, you lose your status immediately.

Just make sure your application materials are as complete as possible.
They may not require the undergradute transcript. But if you have, why not
file it together?
For my h1b transfer and rfe, i submitted all transcripts since college, I20
, W2, paystubs, corporate intranet photos, my emails with my manager, copy
of my badge, etc.

做出答复，你的rfe notice里让你补充什么东西啊

It depends on your case

In my case, the rfe gave 30 days to reply and was basically about
1. if my employer is a good sugar daddy to irs (all the tax records,
business licenses, company pamphlet/brochure/website, insurance, everified, etc)
2. if I am taking vacation all day and if the project is in Nigeria (recent
paystubs, W2s, offer letter, employment agreement, benefits, why my employer can not live without me, how my employer spies on and controls me like a slave, project contracts, in
