ap两年骑驴找马，面试通知里要求update cv（提到比如有文章接受等）和一封额外推
荐信，要求in particular了解我最近工作的人写。面临如下选择，
1）一个本领域大牛，合作过，写过三片文章，都在审，一篇最近刚被领域top1杂志接
受。单个人觉得这个合作本质上属于＂抱大腿＂，意思就是对大牛无所谓，对我这也不
是我future work plan的主要方向。个人关系感觉不是很close，可能主要因为资历差
别的缘故。
2）一个博后同组的博后，现在在我申请学校附近另一牛校ap两年，资历和我相当。一
直有愉快合作，感觉特长互补，将来一直紧密合作的可能很大。因为资历差不多加个性
相投，个人关系感觉比较close。
两人都从没给我写过推荐信，所以都有风险。我的推荐人一直就当初找工作那几个，现
在突然多要一个，面临选择还挺麻烦。
所以到版上问问，以上选择哪个靠谱些？感觉这封信也挺关键的，因为是额外要求的。
怎么确定对方会给我写个强的信呢？这是唯一的面试，也很想去的学校，所以有点纠结
。求大家建议，多谢了。

remembered, Recently there was a post from a Chinese or Korean guy on this
forum to work with this senator on fraud etc?
It just may not be this Iowa senator but also other competitive countries
back stabbing coupled with anti-immigrant groups. I would guess Chinese are
behind it as Chinese leaders always visit Iowa and has big business deals
with that state. So it is obvious poliTricks.

要被罚钱吗？我的agent说要付给对方的seller agent 3%的commission.

突然变得非常慢，开机慢，进系统也慢，经常一个圆圈转来转去卡在那里。
是10年的机器，现在还不知道是硬件还是软件问题。
请教一下大家，
1）有啥mac工具判断是否是硬件，比如硬盘坏道了吗？
2）如果不是硬件问题，重装系统会修好这个问题吗？
3）随机的系统盘搬家丢掉了，有办法下载或者找apple要吗？

find a broker to give you a 7% loan rate,
tell one that that's the best loan you can get, and exit.
you agent is expert of it.

没签任何东西不会的。签了参见合同。签了应该有earnest money in escrow吧？大概
10%。用loan contingency,否则这笔钱拿不回来。

我的agent说offer接受后有三天时间可以无理由推出。三天以后就要靠contigency了。

I think you can do this: buy the first one, then apply the loan for the
second one, now because your debt/income level is too high, the bank shouldn
't approve your loan, so you can't get loan for the second house, and the
offer has to dissolved without fee because of the contingency.
