Is it possible to negotiate the salary after I gave the employer(a bank)
my oral commitment? They said they can't send out the offer letter before
I said yes. (they told me the salary on the phone. I was too excited to
negotiate for more)
Also, I'm waiting for another firm to decide. Should I mention it to the
employer?
I'd be very appreciative of your advice!

想找杂志的editor和会议的organizer写封证明信来说明一下他们选reviewer的标准是很严格的。可以用同样的模版，把杂志和会议的名称和专长改一改，给不同的杂志和会议用吗？
如果对不同杂志和会议，要写不同的信的话，也太费脑细胞了。

看了有人多米还能用，感叹自己电脑水平太差，设置代理一直没有成功，能不能请各位
给来一个完全指南教教我怎么能让多米避开海外IP限制，要不其他听歌软件也行呀，谢

先口头跟他谈谈，他会把你的要求同意的部分写进offer的

有段时间不能用了，后来去欧洲出差发现又可以用了，还发了个帖子，现在好像还是可
以。没什么设置啊，就用家里wifi。

although the possibility for the IO to really read every one of your support
letter is little, it is still safer for you to use different sentences at
least. The structure can be similar.
