att网上填了表，收到回信，这是什么意思？这个手机明明是正在用的啊。

－We cannot find a valid current or former mobile number associated with
this device.
－This device is not associated with a current or former AT&T account.

如果这个手机的确是在AT&T账户下用的，可以直接打电话给客服。
