我属于nsc efiling 140 confirmation 要把supporting materials 寄到
USCIS Texas Service Center
Attn: E-Filed I-140
P.O. Box 851391
Mesquite, TX 75185-1391
那485寄哪里？还有要等140receipt受到再寄485吗？还是可以用confirmation pdf?

You can mail your 485 concurrently with your 140 petition to TSC, if you are
using efile.
Otherwise, once your 140 has been approved in TSC, you can mail your 485 to
TSC, (not NSC).

lockbox can not cocurrent file, based on 485 instruction. cocurrent file
refer to 140
140 i should file to nsc for paper based,however I use efile to tsc, i think
it should go tsc?
